Licensed fiduciary, trustee, administrator, executor and agent-in-fact with over twelve years’ experience in Northern/Central California.  Extensive experience in coordination of agencies, portfolio management, special needs trusts, SSI and Medi-Cal services, asset and property management and professional organizing.

Care Management Assistant 

Ms. Singh joined Elder Focus in July 2017 in the position of administrative assistant / care manager assistant

Bookkeeper / Administrator Assistant 

Ms. Cook joined Elder Focus in August of 2018 in the position of bookkeeper/administrative assistant.

Jacquie is the founder of Elder Focus, LLC with over 18 years of experience in care management and fiduciary services for the elderly.  She has been a mentor to Vicki Lyftogt for over 12 years who is now the owner of Elder Focus. 

Prior to forming Elder Focus, LLC, Jacquie was a geriatric clinical social worker with the Veterans Affairs Nursing Home Care Unit in Menlo Park, CA.  She received her Masters in Social Work from UC Berkeley and her Bachelor of Science in Human Services Administration from the College of Notre Dame.
